Kevin L. Sink
Kevin Sink focuses his practice on bankruptcy and reorganization matters, commercial transactions, real estate and business litigation. Mr. Sink is certified as a Business Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar and he is licensed to practice in all Federal and State Courts in North Carolina, as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Sink is currently a member of the Section Council for the Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves as the Vice Chair of the Bankruptcy Specialization Committee of the North Carolina State Bar. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Sink was born in Lexington, North Carolina in 1969. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 1991, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He received his law degree, with Honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
