Mr. Aldridge is a native of Raleigh and graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of North Carolina. He received his law degree from the University of North Carolina in 1977, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Aldridge concentrates his practice in representing clients in commercial and business disputes, including negotiations, mediation, arbitration and litigation of contract claims, construction claims, securities violations, shareholder and partner disputes, collection of accounts and other business related matters. Mr. Aldridge has served as an arbitrator in commercial and construction disputes. In addition, Mr. Aldridge is licensed to practice in all Federal and State courts of North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Aldridge has served as President of the Wake County Bar and Chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. For many years Mr. Aldridge has been AV rated by his peers in Lexis Nexis Martindale Hubbell. This is the highest rating given for legal ability and ethical standards.
